DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA The Edge Health & Fitness uses a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Courier's for deliveries within Australia. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are sending to a work address. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us so we can follow this up for you or check with your local post office as your parcel could be there waiting.   DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN AUSTRALIA... We have a flat rate of $5.00 on ALL orders in the Sydney Metro area. For elsewhere in Australia we have a flat rate of $8.00 up to 3kg. Additional kilograms over 3kg are charged at $1.00 per kilo on top of the $8.00 flat rate. For large fitness equipment, delivery charge is calculated manually. The final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.   Sydney Metro DELIVERIES... All orders sent to Local Sydney addresses will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the next day, depending on the time you order and the availability of the product.   New South Wales... All orders sent to these areas will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the next day, depending on the Fastway Courier service and the availability of the product.   Small Package Deliveries To The Rest Of Australia Packages less than 500gm are sent via Australia Post. Please check with Australia Post for their delivery times for packages sent from Sydney NSW.   Large Package Deliveries To The Rest Of Australia... All parcels sent to the rest of Australia will be sent either through Australia Post or Fastway Courier - to ensure you receive the best possible service to the region you live in.   FASTWAY COURIERS... Please note that Fastway Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.     INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY The Edge Health and Fitness uses Australia Post's ECI service. We have determined that this is the best and fastest way to send international parcels as it is fully traceable and all items are insured. International freight is charged on an at cost basis - our site will not automatically calculate or process purchases made outside of Australia.
